8. Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from S1 Coaching, LLC (PWR Path Fitness). These may include follow-ups about your coaching application, confirmations and reminders for scheduled calls, onboarding and check-in reminders if you are a client, and occasional coaching offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your mobile number only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform, and only for that purpose.
